Probably each of us has noticed how sometimes mothers smile tenderly and lovingly at their little children. And how these same children feel good and happy from this. Actually, why not start smiling in the same way to yourself (or rather, to that little child who, to be honest, lives somewhere very, very deep inside each of us). After all, our most beloved person is ourselves. So. We stand in front of the mirror and smile at ourselves with all the tenderness and love that you can imagine! The main point: we smile not “on duty keep smiling”, but precisely in a way that is sincere and pleasant. And sincerely is when not just your lips stretched, but also your eyes sparkled and began to radiate tenderness and love for yourself (your inner child). Then, when it starts to work out more or less, you can do it not in front of a mirror. Here it is important to catch that very emotionally positive feeling, and try to induce it in yourself in the future without looking at your reflection. You need to do it regularly. Ideally - daily.
