As part of supporting free broadcasts during the period of self-isolation, today we are sharing with you a technique for transforming negative emotions. The technique is collected from materials from isotherapy (art therapy) and neurography. Age restrictions: 3+ The technique also allows you to develop imagination .At a younger age, you can include elements of the development of fine motor skills using various materials (paints, crayons, plasticine). Teaching the elements of drawing can also be used using this technique. Creating a situation of success from the “outburst” will form a child’s positive motivation for artistic activity. For work you will need: paper and pencils (or other artistic material with which you will work). Instructions for performing the technique: 1. Remember a negative event that causes anxiety and worries you. Immerse yourself in this state with the goal of experiencing and letting go.2. Using a pencil (or other working material), make a “splash” of this emotional state onto a sheet of paper in the form of scribbles or handwriting. Try to have absolutely no control over the movements of your hand. Let your hands be driven by the emotion you need to experience.3. Look carefully at what you got, look at the drawing from different angles and complete the doodles to some positive, pleasant part of the plot, using colored pencils (paints, plasticine, crayons). An important point in creating a drawing at the second stage is complete “dissolution” splashed out negative emotion in a new plot. The scribble lines should merge in a new plot with images that evoke positive emotions in you.4.
