It happens that you are walking down the street, and a person meets you... there doesn’t seem to be a smile on his face, but he seems to be all glowing, and still smiles. That’s right – the smile lives inside him. And this very smile can be trained. Or rather, learn to “walk”. The point is this: when you have more or less mastered the technique of smiling to yourself in front of the mirror (see part 1), before leaving the house, catch and record the previously trained emotional state in yourself, smile to yourself and just go about your business or for a walk. As an additional reinforcement, you can turn on light, gentle music in the player that you like best and evokes an emotional response. That is. walking down the street, you don’t need to smile from ear to ear. We simply smile inside ourselves and pass this smile again through our eyes, as was described in the first part of the exercise. If at the same time the corners of the lips are slightly raised, as if creating a shade of a relaxed smile, then in total you will get that same attractive effect of “inner radiance”» :)
