The uniqueness of this article is that in it I consider ways to overcome depression with the help of psychocorrection using the “Kinesiology: three in one” method. GETTING OUT OF DEPRESSION Many people catch themselves with anxious, sad thoughts. Causes of depressionWhere does the disease called “depression” come from? It turns out that the reason may be rooted in the distant past. You may not even remember it, but the breakdown that happened in the past will make itself felt throughout your life. And unconsciously, again and again, you will act according to the scenario that developed in the past. From childhood, we are taught to deny ourselves and do what others want from us. Gradually, we simply forget our ability to “want” for ourselves. We stop even feeling the needs of our body. This loss of one's own desires leads to a loss of self-confidence. We release from our hands responsibility for our life and everything that happens in it. We become unable to choose, and the price for this is depression. In the fairy tale “Marya the Mistress,” the enchanted heroine says: “It’s all the same whether it’s will or not.” It’s scary when, not in a fairy tale, but in reality, people lose interest in life. Think: What do you really want to happen in your life? Often when a person begins to think about what he wants to happen in his life, many reasons come into his head saying that it is simply impossible. You alwaysmust be in choice. What comes to your mind as interference is nothing more than the beliefs of other people imposed on you. They are the ones who prevent you from making a choice. It is necessary to get rid of them, just as we get rid of old, worn clothes in our closet, making room for new ones. Each of us has accumulated old things: these are old beliefs, old value systems. We even collect things in our closets that are pieces of these old events and beliefs. Our understanding of the world is thoroughly saturated with the beliefs and prohibitions of parents, grandparents, teachers, neighbors and many other people, contacts with whom were filled with stress for us. It’s time to free ourselves from sad memories and take a step towards freedom of choice! After all, everything depends only on your choice! If you choose to continue to suffer and mourn the past moments of joy, this is your choice and no one can change it for you. In life, there are periodically situations that make you believe in yourself and make the right choice, but you say: - No, I can’t do this, I don’t believe in my ability to change the situation. When did you lose this ability? Thus, our memories go deeper and deeper from the present time to our childhood. How to get out of depression? Modern psychotherapy offers a great variety of methods to combat this “scourge”. One of the quite effective methods is the “Kinesiology: three in one” method. This method of psychotherapy works on three levels at once: Consciousness, Subconsciousness, Body, and quickly reaches the underlying stress that is the cause of the problem. Kinesiologists use muscle testing as a diagnostic method; during correction, they use special psychophysiological exercises that effectively restore energy resources. I will give an example. Let's say a girl, let's call her Elena, suffers from chronic depression. Although at the level of consciousness Elena no longer remembers that long-ago situation, but at the deep levels of her psyche that old scenario, style of behavior and ending were firmly recorded. And now, regardless of her consciousness, the body behaves with each new man the same way as it did that first time. Elena is desperately looking for a way out, but our consciousness is not able to control the deep layers of our psyche, including the subconscious and the level of the body. All her attempts turn out to be failures. In the end, despair and deep depression set in. Depression is considered in official medicine to be a type of mental illness precisely because we are unable not to influence it, not to change something on a conscious level. How can we help our Elena? With the help of Kinesiology... it's very simple! It is enough to dispel the charge of emotional pain in that first situation, which served as the first mental breakdown. Then, in a calm, neutral state, you can analyze what in her behavior/worldview led to the development of such a scenario.
