From the author: Development of intuition. Connection with the unconscious. This section contains notes and practical exercises on this topic. Logic is based on facts and experience, justifies actions and always proves something. Intuition, on the contrary, never explains why one should do one way or another. She just knows. Intuition is the ability to catch answers from space. If a question is asked, the answer always comes. It just requires recognition skill. When the decision is made to trust intuition, then attention begins to focus on receiving intuitive answers. The more you focus on contact with your intuition, the more you practice, the more sensitive a person becomes to receiving answers from it. Of course, at first, it is difficult to believe in the practical benefits of intuition, since the logical way of thinking looks more realistic. You may not believe in intuition, but it’s worth trying to trust it, at least in making a minor decision, as a test. What if it really works? After all, if not, everyone will simply remain to their own. In order to grasp the answer to your question, it is important to calm down and enter a state of balance. Because, usually, thousands of thoughts swarm in your head, forming a chaotic noise, which makes it difficult to “hear” the truly true ones. Therefore, it is important to be in a calm state, which is almost equal to the state of awareness, because then the number of thoughts and their speed are significantly reduced, and the opportunity to hear your intuition increases. The calmer the state, the better it can be heard. You should never make decisions in an excited state, be it joyful enthusiasm or hostility and ill will. The best state is to be in peace and tranquility. Intuition “speaks” through associations, feelings and images, or can manifest itself through the word when a person freely says exactly what comes to his mind. Note that at this moment he is not reasoning logically; logic will be needed later. After the question is asked, you need to listen to yourself. If emotions come that can be attributed to the positive spectrum, then intuition says “yes”. If there is a feeling of resistance, rejection, or as if something is going wrong, then the answer is “no.” An ambivalent feeling is the answer, probably not. In this case, you need to correct the question, make it as simple as possible, and ask again. You can ask the same question several times, each time receiving a number of new associations, listening to their color and interpreting them. This is the moment when the time for logic has come. Should you choose an intuitive way of making decisions or stay within the usual framework, a question that everyone answers for themselves. If you still decide and trust your intuition, then it can become your ally forever. PS Image “Picture of the Soul”, by Masha Ami
