"These twins, brother and sister, were born prematurely, and the girl's condition was very serious. The doctors did not hope that she would survive. Contrary to the rules, the nurse put the babies in the same incubator. As soon as the babies were close , the brother, healthier and larger, hugged his sister. After some time, her heart function stabilized and her heart temperature became normal. “It is this message that does not leave many people indifferent (I judge by the activity with which this information is transmitted on the social network). ) prompted me to respond and share my thoughts. Here it is, the natural need to take care of one’s neighbor, to show sensitivity, to give the warmth of one’s own body. How could this tiny baby think about something, think about his actions - he is too small for that. And he acted simply naturally, as he was supposed to, probably from the moment of conception. Of course, this is a true manifestation of attention and care for one’s neighbor - the satisfaction of such an important need - the need for bodily contact, touch. What a pity that in modern society, especially in developed countries, this need is so little satisfied. But the human being, despite all the achievements of science and technology, no less needs such touches. It should be admitted that for several generations of fathers and mothers, they consider something completely different to be a priority for their children. They are concerned about how to better feed and educate the child, but they do not care about the fact that their son or daughter is growing up without parental warmth in the literal sense. I don’t want to take the path of moralizing at all, I just want to encourage you to think. And one more thing... I really like the nurse mentioned in the note. I think that she acted like a mother, feeling the need of these kids and listening to her heart. I would like modern mothers to listen more to the dictates of their souls and hearts, and not to the voice of the rational mind.
