The development of reactions to stress is associated not only with organizational issues, but also with the nature of the work, the personal relationships of employees, their interaction and many other factors. The problem of the influence of a profession on a person and the associated changes in it is of great importance in theoretical and practical terms, because harmonious relationships between a person’s profession and personality are the key to a healthy society in general, and an optimally structured existence of a particular person in particular. The relevance of the work is due to the fact that currently researchers have begun to pay more attention to the personality of the psychologist, as well as to the field of psychological and mental health, and professional deformation of personality is a clear threat to the well-being and professional effectiveness of a psychologist, which, in turn, can affect on relationships with clients and their lives. At the present stage of development of psychological science, there are no trainings aimed at preventing and combating professional personality deformation. An analysis of the available practical ways of working with the professional health of practicing psychologists showed that in Russia there are only so-called “supervisory groups”, that is, a group of practical psychologists that holds periodic meetings to discuss cases from practice that have caused certain difficulties. Considering the issue of professional deformation of the individual, it should be noted that the most general concept is “disorder of professional development” or professional dysontogenesis. That is, as we see, this concept can include various options for the deviating process of the subject’s professional development. “It is advisable to consider the emergence of such new formations in the psyche as undesirable moves in professional development that steadily reduce the success of activities.” [3] The concept of “professional dysontogenesis” includes various phenomena. For example, this could be professional deformation of the individual, stagnation of development (stagnation), misdirected development, reverse development (degradation) and others. The subject of our research is the professional deformation of the personality of practicing psychologists, by which we mean “destructions that arise in the process of performing the same professional activity, negatively affect its productivity, give rise to professionally undesirable qualities and change a person’s professional behavior.” [2] Some researchers believe that it is necessary to separate the concepts of “professional deformation of activity” and “professional deformation of personality.” In particular, “professionally deformed activity (in its extreme manifestation) can be considered as an activity aimed at obtaining an anti-result. Here we are faced not with professional incompetence and unprofessionalism of a person, but with a manifestation of anti-professionalism. This is the case when a person has the necessary professional knowledge, abilities, skills and experience, but is guided by a distorted system of values, i.e., in fact, by anti-values. He is driven by “anti-direction,” examples of which can be egocentrism, acquisitiveness, nonconformism, etc. psychological phenomena." [1] However, despite the differences in the consideration of the concept of “professional deformation”, it should be noted that this process is not irreversible if attention is paid to it in time. There are special methods of working with professional deformation andpsycho-emotional burnout. In particular, personal and professional growth trainings, reflection on professional development and drawing up alternative scenarios for professional life, as well as individual counseling, forecasting desired professional achievements, Balint groups and other forms of work can be useful for this. We believe that these activities can be quite effective not only in eliminating negative consequences, but also in preventing undesirable steps in professional development. Having analyzed the literature on the issues of combating psycho-emotional burnout, we can identify the following groups of measures: 1) adaptation to work (by attending special seminars and trainings, the psychologist learns to feel more comfortable in the process of work, developing his personality so that some traits did not cause discomfort); 2) changing working conditions, as well as one’s attitude towards work (the specialist creates working conditions in such a way that they do not infringe on their internal needs and feelings); 3) the use of psychological defenses in work (in work, the consultant uses his resources sparingly, without getting emotionally involved in the consulting situation); 4) recovery (in this case, the psychologist actively participates in working with the supervisor, takes part in trainings and seminars on psycho-emotional relief). The areas we have identified can be implemented within the framework of training, which is aimed at achieving the following goals: 1. Study of psychological patterns, mechanisms and methods of interpersonal interaction to create the basis for effective and harmonious communication with people. Promoting the process of personal development, realizing creative potential, achieving an optimal level of functioning and a feeling of happiness and success. Developing participants' self-awareness and self-exploration to correct or prevent emotional disturbances based on intrapersonal and behavioral changes. Studying the psychological problems of group members and providing assistance in solving them. Improving subjective well-being and strengthening mental health. [/ol] The success of achieving these goals in a group form of work is associated with the high efficiency of the processes that arise in the group. Important resources are positive feedback, as well as the use of active work methods, art therapy techniques, and relaxation. For participants, the group can become a testing ground for developing new, most effective ways of behavior in professionally stressful situations. In addition, on the basis of the presented theoretical material about the professional deformation of the individual and its manifestations, each psychologist, together with other participants, will be able to determine their stage in the process of deformation, realize their current state, taking into account the principle of “here and now,” move on to restoration, harmonization of their mental , personal and professional health. Thus, on the basis of a well-prepared program, it is possible to step through all the areas we have identified and achieve the identified goals. At the same time, various forms of training aimed at preventing and combating professional deformation of the personality of practicing psychologists are possible - regular (once every 1-2 weeks) meetings for 4-6 hours or a training marathon with continuous work for 3-4 days for 6-8 hours. Both forms of work have their advantages and disadvantages. In any case, in our opinion, practicing psychologists need regular work on themselves, which can be carried out within the framework of training, group and individual supervision, as well as individual consultations. Only in this case can he be effective as a professional, contributing to the development of his personality and the prevention of professional personality deformation. Literature: Druzhilov S.A.
