From the author: The unconscious reflects not only the drama of a family triangle or even a polygon, but the socio-political context, history, philosophy, mythology, literature and art, current events of our time. It is extremely important for a psychologist to be aware of all these contexts. Often beginners (and sometimes even those with considerable experience) psychologists, theoretically recognizing the leading role of the unconscious in the life of the subject, nevertheless, in practical work they forget about this. The most common case of such forgetfulness is when a psychologist takes the patient’s request and his words at face value and begins to try in every possible way to satisfy the patient exactly what he expresses in words. At the same time, it is completely forgotten that in the overwhelming majority (if not 100%) of cases, words are only a rationalization of deeper motives that are not realized. Such work is superficial and, from the point of view of psychoanalysis (in its most varied variants), to be expressed metaphorically, is something like covering with plaster the cracks of a building that is beginning to collapse. Others talk about the unconscious, they believe that they even work with this content - when this does not go further than the imaginary, as if access to the drama of desire and repression is identical to a simple appeal to right-hemisphere perception. I have come across common opinions from psychologists, which boil down to the fact that thinking, speech and everything connected with the left hemisphere are, they say, consciousness, but images and everything connected with the right hemisphere are unconscious. It’s hard to imagine greater absurdity, especially when you hear it from a psychologist. Many specialists, it seems, also only read the “yellow press” and its interpretations about Freud’s version of the unconscious)), and the thesis about the sexualization of the unconscious is often understood in such a “tabloid” context, where Freud appears almost as the instigator of some kind of orgy)), although Freud just argued that the main driving force of the unconscious is not sexual desire (and especially not perversion), but precisely prohibition and taboo. Moreover, the unconscious (already in modern interpretations of psychoanalysis, after Lacan - Derrida, Deleuze and Guattari, Foucault, Badiou, etc.) are not only sexualized, but also politicized. The unconscious is not only a product of the repression of the drama of the family triangle (and even the polygon), - it is now impossible to consider it in isolation from the socio-political situation, in isolation from the historical context, from mythology, from literary classics, from cultural heritage - moreover, from modern texts and products of culture, politics, social processes. To miss all these numerous factors is to avoid any serious work. It is difficult to be aware of everything. Therefore, in order to be able to connect topical and eternal topics, to work with a person from the perspective of covering various contexts, I propose a regular Bulletin that reflects the various contexts of human life and society, one way or another, related to what determines our motives and the motives of people, with whom we work in order to expand the horizons of working with ourselves and others. This is a collection of materials (announcements and links) created by a large team of people working in different regions of Russia in the field of psychoanalysis, analytical and archetypal psychology, cultural studies, sociology, political science and geopolitics, literature, etc. I am the organizer of this project, so the Bulletin will be sent out from my address.
