As long as the message is repeated, especially when it is associated with strong emotions, your subconscious mind will think that you like it. It will then present more of these situations to you! This is how most people sabotage their success! What is the solution? Keep yourself in a positive attitude instead of worrying. I always remember a time when I successfully achieved something and keep that feeling with me. If you reduce your worries and increase your positive emotions, you will realize that your circumstances are beginning to change. You will have happier experiences and be less unhappy. As you can see, everything that happens in your life is governed by the law of cause and effect. You have now what you planted before. You are worried because you are experiencing negative consequences. But when you worry, you are at the same time creating negative causes again, which will grow and create another effect in the future. So why do you sabotage yourself? Stop worrying and be happy! In life, we must learn to separate experience from worry. What happens to us is just experience. No one is saying that we have to attach our emotions to this experience. However, it has been conditioned by society that when something bad happens, one should be worried, sad, embarrassed. Let me give you a blatant example. If someone hit you, how would you feel? Angry? Being beaten is an experience, but feeling angry is an emotion you choose to live. Nobody says you should be angry, but somehow society has conditioned us to think that this is the way. Try spanking a 2-3 year old and then smiling at him and telling him he's a good boy. Look at his reaction. He won't get angry because his subconscious is not conditioned to associate slapping with anger. You have the right to choose your emotions. This is the power of your consciousness. Use your conscious mind to control your emotions. It's difficult at first. But once the subconscious takes over, managing emotions becomes natural and easy..
